3.1 Qualified and Experienced Staff

All tutoring sessions are conducted by Morgan, a qualified and experienced Key Stage 1 & 2 primary tutor based in Lees, Oldham. Morgan’s approach is hands-on, interactive, and child-led, focusing on inquiry-based learning where children take the lead in their educational journey. Morgan holds a level 2 safeguarding certificate.

3.2 Safe Learning Environment

We ensure that all learning materials and activities are age-appropriate and safe. The learning environment is regularly assessed to identify and mitigate any potential risks to children.

3.3 Online Safety

While our primary tutoring services are conducted in person, we recognize the importance of online safety. We encourage parents to monitor their children’s online activities and to engage in open discussions about safe internet use.

3.4 Clear Communication Channels

We maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians. Any concerns or issues can be addressed promptly through our contact page.

All concerns will be taken seriously and addressed in accordance with our safeguarding procedures. Morgan is trained to report any safeguarding concern efficiently and will respond effectively.
